Pitch profile and installation of works;
Excavation of footprint, perforated drainage system, 300mm depth of Type 3 reduced fines stone,
20mm depth Insitu rubber shockpad, 60mm Desso iQ3 60-12 World Rugby Regulation 22 synthetic
grass turf.

4.5m high sports rebound fencing with ballstop netting behind one goal, 3 no. sides with 3.0m high
rebound fence. 6 mast LED floodlighting system to achieve minimum 200 LUX.

Tarmac viewing path installed along with additional storage area.

Line marking to provide full size Rugby and Football. Cross court marking included for 9v9 football.
Supply and installation of goal equipment including 13m high rugby goal posts and self-weighted,
football goals.

Independent test to World Rugby 22 Regulation passed successfully.
